How do I track my consignment?
Open the Track Consignment page and enter your GR No / LR No. You will see the LR date, origin and destination branches, delivery date and the current status of the consignment.
Which modes of transport does Flywing Cargo offer?
Flywing Cargo is a multimode door to door cargo company: Air Cargo, Rail / Train Cargo (leased SLR & VPU units), Surface (Road Express) in containerized GPS-tracked vehicles, and our own Warehouses Across The Nation.
Which airlines do you work with for air cargo?
We are the authorized business partner of all major domestic airlines — Indigo, Jet Airways, Spicejet, Air India, GoAir, Vistara and Air Asia — for domestic cargo movement across the country.
Do you provide door pickup and door delivery?
Yes. FCPL has created its infrastructure for door to door cargo services in all modes of our service. Our counterpart comes to your door for pickup and delivery of goods.
What are COD, DOD and DACC cash management services?
Under our Cash Management Services we deliver your goods after collection of COD (Cash on Delivery), DOD (Draft on Delivery) or DACC (Delivery Against Consignee Copy). We act as custodian of your material until the collection is complete. For DACC-COD release call 93778 77903 or write to dacc@flywingcargo.com.
Where are your branches located?
Our corporate office is at Narayan Arcade, Narol, Ahmedabad (Gujarat) and we operate 45+ branches and hubs across 18 states — from Ludhiana and Amritsar in the north to Chennai, Tirupur and Madurai in the south, and from Surat and Bhiwandi in the west to Kolkata and Guwahati in the east. What are your working hours for pickup and delivery?
We are working 24*365 and provide our customers the facility of any-time pickup and delivery according to the requirement of the consignor / consignee.
Is Flywing Cargo certified?
Yes. Flywing Cargo Private Limited is ISO 9001 (quality management) and ISO 45001 (occupational health & safety) certified by TÜV, an IBA (Indian Banks' Association) approved transporter, FSSAI approved, and was recognised among the Best 5000 MSMEs in 2023. Do you provide shipment status reports?
Our CRM team provides all required information on booking, movement status and delivery status, and we send MIS reports to clients on a daily basis.
